  • Human factors that cause ill-health and accidents like unsafe behaviour, lack of knowledge, peer pressure, or emotional problems.
  • Lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and HIV/AIDS — especially how poverty and gender imbalances make things worse.
  • Risky behaviour and its impact, like drug abuse, unsafe sex, or poor hygiene.
  • How to make healthier choices and where to seek help.
  • Positive influences like family, personal values, belief systems, and cultural or social support that guide good decisions.

2. Careers and Career Choices (Weeks 7–11)
