This is the Annual Teaching Plan for Grade 7 isiZulu Home Language (isiZulu Ulimi Lwasekhaya). It covers listening and speaking, reading and viewing, writing and presenting, and language structures and conventions, using short stories, poems, novel extracts, drama, cartoons, media texts and a research project.
The plan is organised in two-week blocks under four skill areas: listening and speaking, reading and viewing, writing and presenting, and language structures and conventions. It starts with a baseline assessment in the first three days of Term 1, and each term ends with a summary of the formal assessment tasks.
