Khotsi ashu wa tadulu
Our Father, who art in heaven
Dzina Lau likhethwe,
Hallowed be thy name;
Muvhuso wau ude,
Thy kingdom come;
Zwine wa funa nga zwi itwe fhano hasi,
Thy will be done on earth,
Vhunga zitshi itwa ngei tadulu.
As it is in heaven.
Urifhe namusi vhuswa hashu hori linganaho,
Give us this day our daily bread.
Uri hangwele milandu yashu,
And forgive us our trespasses,
Vhunga na rine ritshi hangwela
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
Hare na milandu kha rine,
Those who have sinned against us.
Usi rise milingoni,
And lead us not into temptation;
Hone uri phuluse vhuvhini,
But deliver us from evil.
Ngauvha muvhuso ndi wau,
